Founded in 2025 and developed by TechXM (Pty) Ltd, we are a proudly local technology company tackling two of the country's hardest problems at once: finding reliable service providers, and the everyday risk of hiring a stranger.

South Africa's official unemployment rate sits above 32 percent. The expanded definition pushes it past 41 percent. Behind those numbers are millions of plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, gardeners, cleaners, and movers — people with real skills and no reliable way to find work.
Most rely on a noticeboard at the local Spar, a hand-written WhatsApp forward, or a customer who promises to 'tell their cousin'. Cash jobs disappear without warning. Quotes are undercut by people pretending to do the same trade. When something goes wrong, there is nowhere to turn.

Verified South African ID or valid work permit. We confirm the person you book is the person who arrives.
Trade Qualification
We collect and verify the relevant qualification, certification, or proof of experience for each trade. Electricians and plumbers must show their accreditation.
Background & Reference Check
We screen against criminal records and contact previous customers or employers before activation.
Live Customer Ratings
Every job ends with a customer rating. Underperformers are removed. Top performers are surfaced first.
When something goes wrong, we go to work.
Every booking carries a 3-day complaint window from the moment the job is marked complete.
3-day in-app dispute window
If the work isn't right, raise it in the app within 72 hours. Payment to the provider is paused while we investigate.
